What the credit is worth
Sungrow funds the credit. The value is set by the SBH battery capacity you install, not the inverter you take off the wall.

How it works
Before you book the first job
Go through your records for Sungrow inverters installed at least three months ago. Check each model and serial number against Sungrow’s 2026 eligible list.
Quote an eligible Sungrow hybrid inverter and an SBH250 battery at minimum. Call your account manager on 1300 787 759 to check stock before you lock in install dates.
1. Identify and apply
Check the inverter model and serial number, confirm site suitability, get the homeowner’s authority and prepare your quote.
Complete Sungrow’s 2026 eligibility check and application with photos of the existing system. Nominate Supply Partners, ABN 94 155 169 074, as your distributor.
2. Get pre-approval
Sungrow assesses the application and issues a voucher code tied to the job, subject to final verification.
3. Place your order
Order your eligible Sungrow hybrid inverter and SBH battery from us. Quote your voucher code with the site details.
4. Install and commission
Install at the nominated site and connect the new system to iSolarCloud.
5. Return the old inverter
Follow Sungrow’s current return instructions. Keep the serial number legible so the original unit can be validated.
6. Complete the claim
Submit installation photos, the invoice and any other documents Sungrow asks for through the trade-in application.
7. Receive your credit
Once Sungrow activates the voucher, we apply the approved credit to your Supply Partners account.
Pre-approval is not payment. Sungrow activates the voucher only after the install, old inverter return and paperwork are verified.
Trade-in eligibility
Confirm your customer’s inverter and proposed replacement meet Sungrow’s current 2026 requirements before applying.
- The existing inverter is on Sungrow’s 2026 eligible-inverter list.
- It is owned by the end user, not leased.
- It has been installed and operating at the site for at least three months.
- It meets Sungrow’s return-condition requirements, with a legible serial number.
Replacement and application requirements
- An eligible Sungrow hybrid inverter and at least an SBH250 battery.
- Install the new system at the same site and connect it to iSolarCloud.
- One inverter trade-in per site.
- The trade-in cannot be combined with another Sungrow promotion.
- The installer or authorised solar company applies on the end user’s behalf, with their authorisation.
Sungrow decides eligibility, final acceptance and program availability. Confirm the current requirements before quoting the trade-in credit.
Your voucher and account credit
Each voucher is unique, tracked and tied to one job. Quote the voucher code when you order the hybrid inverter and SBH battery from us.
A pre-approved voucher is not a payment authorisation. Sungrow activates it after installation, return and documentation checks.
Approved credits are applied to your Supply Partners account after Sungrow activates the voucher.
